Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract of their recent work. Abstracts should be submitted to m.a.vandenakker@erasmusmc.nl by July 4, and should be written, single spaced, on a single A4 page with a 2 cm margin on each side, in Arial 12pt font and should be no longer than 1 A4 page (max. 400 words). Your abstract should be accompanied by an Abstract Submission form.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committees. Eight abstracts will be selected for short oral presentations (15 min). Although a reasonable number of posters can be accommodated, the space available is not unlimited. In this exceptional situation, a selection from the submitted abstracts has to be made. Decision on acceptance and selection for oral presentation will be e-mailed before August 1.

Speakers, please take note of the following guidelines for the technical aspects: A PC and full audio-visual equipment will be provided. Please bring a powerpoint presentation on CD or on USB stick. An audio-visual technician will be present for the duration of the Meeting.

The size of the poster must be A0 PORTRAIT (90 cm x 120 cm). All posters should be set up for exhibition before the coffee break on day 1 and should be removed at the end of the meeting. There will be one poster session at which presenters are expected to be at their poster. Authors are solely responsible for their posters. During a short closing ceremony at the end of meeting day 2 the best posters will be awarded.
