Euromast (congress diner)

Parkhaven 20

T. +31 10 436 48 11

The Euromast
was designed by Rotterdam architect Mr. Maaskant and was built in honour of the Floriade, the world’ biggest flower exhibition in 1960. At that point in time, this look-out tower symbolising the city’s maritime character measured 104 metres. The following years, an increasing number of highrise buildings were constructed in Rotterdam and broke the Euromast’s record height. In 1970 the tower was extended by a second tower including gently turning space cabin Euroscoop. At a height of 185 metres, it reset its record of being the highest construction in Rotterdam.

From the meeting venue you can reach the Euromast without changing by taking tram 8 direction ‘Spangen’ at stop “Beurs”. Get off at ‘Euromast’ stop. You can also take the underground to ‘Dijkzigt’ and have a 5-10 minutes walk to the Euromast (see map). Another option is to walk from the meeting venue to the Euromast, which will take about 30 minutes.
